In this “What A Wonderful World” workshop you will create a wonderful acrylic album with lots of Prima goodies, paint and markers. You will learn how to overcome the difficulties of working with an acrylic album and take advantage of the acrylic to create a lot of playful depth. You will get access to a private blog site with complete instructions, tutorials, videos and photos. Gestern also Tag der Wiedervereinigung. Da mußte ich irgendwie an diesen Song meiner Jugend denken - frühe 80er -erinnert sich jemand an Fisher-Z und Berlin?

Yesterday we had a German holiday: Reunification Day. Somehow I had this song of my youth in my head - early 80’s - anyone remembers Fisher-Z and Berlin?

Und das wiederum hat mich an ein Layout erinnert, welches ich ganz am Anfang meiner Scrapbooking Zeit- nämlich im Mai 2006 erstellt habe. Wahnsinn - LOL

And this then reminded me on a layout I created in my beginning of Scrapbooking - in May 2006. Crazy - LOL

Und nun- werde ich schon wieder Kisten durch die Gegend schleppen -hatte ich schon erwähnt, dass ich Umzüge - besonders Büroumzüge - hasse? Ich wünsche Euch aber ein wunderbares Wochenende!

I also wanted to show you  my last guest design layouts of September for Sweet Twee Lab. The new kit for October is posted on the blog there- and it includes some yummie Rose Moka Papers- I’m so in Love with this kit!!!

I painted the architecture sheet included in the kit with Luminarte H2O colors and blended the whole thing a bit down with gesso.

I had kept one of the sheer MayaRoad House pages and used it covered with fabrique on this card.

I have used gesso to blend down the bright colors of the paper.

Zunächst mal was zum Lachen - als ich so durch die Straßen schlenderte fielen mir Zeichen auf - Zeichen meiner selbst *snigger*

Na  ja für uns Deutsch natürlich recht klar - das bedeutet Nass - aber trotzdem - LOL.

For us Germans it get’s obvisious as it sounds familiar to our word wet - but still - LOL.

Zwei grandiose Tage habe ich mit Daphne verbracht - sie ist ein Schatz!!! Ich vermisse sie schon jetzt!

Das wars von Amsterdam - LOL - Ihr seid erlöst.

This is it from Amsterdam- LOL - you made it.

Yep - die letzte Woche war ich in Amsterdam und obwohl ich wohl schon mehr als 10mal da war, gibt es immer wieder etwas zu entdecken. So eine wunderbare Stadt. Während Jim arbeiten mußte - sozusagen - auf einer Konferenz - habe ich mich amüsiert - LOL. Sightseeing, Shopping, Kunst, Museen, Essen und Freunde - was gibt es Besseres.

Yep - I have been to Amsterdam the last week and just came back yesterday. Although I have been to Amsterdam more than 10 times - I still explore new things. Such a wonderful city. While Jim had to go to a conference - I had a great time- LOL. Sightseeing, Shopping, Art, Museums, Good Food and Friends - what more can you ask for?
